Welcome to Stacey's World
At home, Stacey is a very upset young teenage girl. Mainly mad at her mother for doing overly obsessive motherly things. She is tired of working from day until night with no time to enjoy being a kid. Wake up, forcers her to do chores, eat, chores, work, read, study, more chores, etc. Along the way she talks back to her mom just enough to avoid getting a whipping. She’s ungrateful and ready to move on with her life without her momma. So she thinks… She begs her mom to let up. Mom doesn’t care, she is pushing for success. She’s willing to do whatever it takes. Stacey is willing to do the same.
The main character wants to do whatever it takes to live a life without her mother. She wants to be free from the prison she feels her mother has created. Her wants may change as she goes on a journey of life without her mother.
